Store 518
Store 518 is located in the wonderful neighborhood of Carroll Gardens South at 518 Court Street, Brooklyn NY. The store is open Thursday through Sunday from 12pm-7pm as well as by appointment.
Store 518 is a new store designed and conceived by Nadia Tarr, the creator of Butter by Nadia, a unique clothing line of one size, ultra flattering, convertible jersey knits. Most notably, her line includes the acclaimed Signature Wrap Dress, worn by celebrities such as Sarah Jessica Parker, Naomi Watts, and many more.
Tarr, a former dancer/choreographer turned fashion designer, has created Store 518 to house and share her treasures, inspirations, fascinations, and expressions. 518 will transform with each season, providing a constant source of inspiration for stylists, artists, and customers alike. Currently, Tarr has created a space that evokes the wonderful, nostalgic feeling of a General Store. Upon visiting 518, you are sure to transcend time and space as you comb through drawers and crates that house the designer's collection of treasures and objects of love from yesterday and today.
